We use a single first-party cookie, consent_state, to remember your analytics
choice. Because we serve only Texas, Arizona, and Nevada and have no EEA or UK audience,
analytics loads by default; the cookie is set to rejected if you opt out or
accepted once you acknowledge our notice, and it persists for one year. We also
honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out.
We load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure aggregate site usage so we can improve dispatch coverage where customers actually look. GA4 is configured with IP anonymization. If you opt out — on our banner or via Global Privacy Control — no analytics tags load on your subsequent pages, and we do not retroactively attribute any prior visit.
Information we collect
When you submit a service request through our website, we collect the contact and location information you provide (name, phone, vehicle, service address). We share this with our dispatch system so a technician can reach you. We do not sell this information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Your rights under CCPA
- Right to know. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to delete. You can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to opt out. You can opt out of analytics on our notice banner or by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser. Opting out sets
consent_state=rejected; clearing the cookie restores the default and re-shows the notice. - Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you service or charge you a different price for exercising any of these rights.
