The 24HR CAR UNLOCKING EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICES’ Terms and Conditions (“User Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between 24HR CAR UNLOCKING EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICES (“24HR CAR UNLOCK”, “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of the https://24hrcarunlocking.com/ website and its related software application and platform (hereafter, collectively referred to as the “24HR CAR UNLOCK”) and you (“you” or “you’re”), the user of 24HR CAR UNLOCK.

BY USING 24HR CAR UNLOCK IN ANY FORM OR FASHION (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NAVIGATING https://24hrcarunlocking.com/ OR UTILIZING THE 24HR CAR UNLOCK MOBILE APPLICATION OR ONLINE PLATFORM), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE USER TERMS, AND 24HR CAR UNLOCKING EMERGENCY ROADSIDE SERVICES PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH CAN BE FOUND AT https://24hrcarunlocking.com/privacy-policy/ AND WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. THE USER TERMS ARE INTENDED FOR ALL USERS OF 24HR CAR UNLOCK, INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE SIMPLY NAVIGATING THE WEBSITE OR THOSE WHO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT. HOWEVER, DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF THE USER TERMS AFFECT USERS DIFFERENTLY, SO PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND SERVICES 

1.    24Hr Car Unlocking Emergency Roadside Services Overview

24Hr Car Unlocking Emergency Roadside Services operates an online platform where users can connect directly with our Locksmith service providers (hereafter, “Providers”). Users can access our services via https://24hrcarunlocking.com/, our mobile application, or through specific third-party platforms accessible on a single mobile device (smartphone) or computer. We act as the direct employer and fully manage and oversee all transactions between users and Providers.

We take responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, and all other aspects of the services provided by our Providers. We ensure the accuracy of the information and pricing provided by Providers. As the direct employer, we are not merely facilitators but are actively involved in the service transactions.

We strive to provide the highest quality of service and uphold rigorous standards for all our Providers. To enhance user satisfaction and trust, we offer guarantees and warranties relating to the services rendered by our Providers. Our platform’s tools encourage direct communication between users and Providers, ensuring clarity and service excellence.

All transactions between users and Providers are managed with our oversight to ensure the highest service delivery and customer satisfaction.

We prioritize customer information and privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy https://24hrcarunlocking.com/privacy-policy/, which is fully incorporated herein by reference.

By scheduling services and using a credit card for transactions at 24Hr Car Unlock, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.    Charges, Prices, and Payment Terms for 24Hr Car Unlock

Service Charges:

When you utilize 24Hr Car Unlocking Emergency Roadside Services, you agree to pay for the services or goods received. All payments must be made directly to 24Hr Car Unlock.

*A $35 service fee applies to all service calls. This fee covers dispatch costs and is non-refundable. Additional charges for services may vary based on the type of assistance required.

Payment to Us:

Payments for all services rendered are to be made directly to us at the time of service.

Adjustment of Charges:

Charges may be subject to adjustment if there is a discrepancy between the services requested and those provided. You agree to pay any adjusted charges as billed.

Price Adjustments:

We reserve the right to modify service charges at any time. While we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of applicable changes, you must remain informed of current rates. All charges incurred under your account are your responsibility.

Refunds and Disputes:

Charges are typically final and non-refundable.

If you encounter an issue with a charge—such as requests for cancellations, refunds, or corrections—you must notify us within 30 days of the charge date. Failure to do so waives your right to dispute the charges.

Service Rates:

Service rates are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to stay updated on the latest rates for services.

Payment Obligation:

You agree to pay all charges for services procured from us, including applicable taxes and service fees. Payment is due upon scheduling the service, and all payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Third-Party Payment Processor:

We use a third-party payment processor (e.g., Authorize.Net) to handle credit card transactions. Your payments are subject to the terms and policies of the payment processor and credit card issuer.

Liability for Payment Processing:

24Hr Car Unlock is not responsible for errors, delays, or other issues caused by the payment processor. By using our services, you release us from liability for the payment processor’s actions or omissions.

Transaction Details:

We will collect and store transaction details regarding your use of our services, which our Privacy Policy will handle.

Credit Card Authorization:

By using our services, you authorize 24Hr Car Unlock to charge your credit card for the total amount of the service at the time of the transaction. All payments are subject to approval by the financial institution issuing your card.

Acknowledgment of Services Rendered:

By signing and authorizing payment, you:

  1. Confirm that the requested services have been provided directly or indirectly to someone on your behalf.
  2. Agree to the terms and conditions, including our Privacy Policy.

Payments on Behalf of Others:

If you are paying for services on behalf of another person:

  • You acknowledge that your payment does not entitle you to a chargeback claim simply because you did not personally receive the service.
  • Authorizing the payment confirms your agreement to pay for the service rendered to the recipient, regardless of your physical service receipt.

By proceeding with payment, you agree to these terms and authorize 24Hr Car Unlock to complete the requested service and process the corresponding charges.

3.     Product Sales & Service Policy

Final Sale Terms:

All sales of car batteries, car keys, remotes, and other products are considered final and are sold “AS IS” unless the customer purchases a warranty at the time of sale.

Warranty and Remedies:

If a customer encounters an issue with any product, 24Hr Car Unlock will evaluate the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement by the terms of the applicable warranty.

Limitations on Remedies:

Suppose a customer declines our remedy and instead seeks assistance or resolution from another company. In that case, this action will void the customer’s eligibility for any further recourse, including refunds, replacements, or chargebacks, through 24Hr Car Unlock.

Agreement to Accept Remedy:

By purchasing products from 24Hr Car Unlock, the customer agrees to:

  1. Accept the remedy we offer as the exclusive solution for product-related issues.
  2. Refrain from pursuing external assistance or services without first allowing us to address and resolve the issue.

Failure to adhere to these terms will result in the forfeiture of any claim to refunds, replacements, or chargebacks for:

  • Non-receipt of goods or services.
  • Claims that products were not as described.

Customer Acknowledgment:

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms as binding conditions of sale. These policies ensure a fair and consistent resolution process for all parties involved.

15% Online Booking Discount
Students, teachers, military personnel, and first responders are eligible for a 15% discount when scheduling online during regular hours (6 AM–12 AM). Please mention the discount during scheduling or before payment. This offer applies to services only and excludes fees, surcharges, and taxes. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Complimentary Battery Testing:
We provide professional battery testing to help diagnose potential issues with your vehicle’s battery.

Service Details Eligibility:

Complimentary battery testing is available only for customers who have scheduled and paid for a primary service (e.g., car unlocking, jump-start, or other locksmith services).

  • Standalone Option: Battery testing is also available as a standalone service for $69.95.

  • Technician Availability: Testing is subject to technician availability and may not be performed if deemed unsafe or impractical at the service location.

Liability Disclaimer:

By using this service, you acknowledge:

The test is a diagnostic tool and may not identify all potential battery issues. 24Hr Car Unlock is not responsible for any decisions, repairs, or actions made based on test results. You release 24Hr Car Unlock from liability related to the accuracy or completeness of the test results.

Additional Costs:

If further assistance is required, such as battery replacement or advanced diagnostics, these services are not included and are subject to standard pricing.

Car Battery Warranty Terms

Terms, Conditions & Limitations for Roadside Assistance
General Terms:
Your Roadside Assistance Benefit is provided for free by the professional repair facility that sold you your Super Start battery, as identified on your invoice. This benefit begins on the date identified on your original invoice and continues for 24 months. Benefits are non-transferable and available only to the original purchaser listed on the invoice.
Coverage is limited to the specific customer, battery, and vehicle listed on the invoice. Roadside assistance is available in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Service Requirements:
If you need roadside assistance, you must call 866-830-4351 to connect with the nationwide service provider. You must pay directly for the requested service. The service provider requires a credit card to arrange dispatch. You will be reimbursed for covered services up to a maximum of $150 per occurrence and limited to two claims within a 24-month period.

Eligible Services:

  • Towing: Your vehicle will be towed to the nearest qualified repair facility or a repair facility of your choice.
  • Lock-Out Service: Assistance will be provided to unlock your vehicle if keys are lost or locked inside.
  • Flat Tire Assistance: Assistance will be provided for spare tire installation.
  • Fuel, Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery: Emergency supply delivery of gasoline (where permitted), oil, fluid, or water. You must pay for the actual cost of fluids delivered.
  • Jump Start: The service provider will jump-start your vehicle if your battery is discharged.

Driver Presence:
The driver must be present with the vehicle when the service provider arrives, as roadside assistance cannot be provided to an unattended vehicle. Additional fees may apply if the driver is not present.
Reimbursement Claims:
To file a reimbursement claim, submit the following within 60 days of the service date:

  • A photocopy of the original invoice identifying the participating repair center and the battery services performed, including vehicle details.
  • Your complete name, address, and telephone number.
  • A photocopy of the paid invoice from a valid auto service provider, detailing the name, address, and phone number of the service provider, along with details of the service rendered.

Services Not Covered:

  • Cost of parts, replacement keys, lubricants, or fluids.
  • Installation of products or materials.
  • Tire repair, replacement, or specialized labor.
  • Service for vehicles in unsafe conditions or involved in accidents.
  • Towing or service for non-emergency situations or unauthorized service providers.
  • Assistance on roads not regularly maintained (e.g., beaches, forests, off-road areas).
  • Towing directed by law enforcement for legal violations or impoundment.


Independent Contractors:
Roadside Assistance is provided through a network of independent contractors. These contractors retain control over their own equipment and personnel. 24Hr Car Unlock is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent contractors.

Exclusions:
This benefit applies only to motorized passenger vehicles (automobiles and light trucks). Excluded vehicles include:

  • Trailers, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and commercial vehicles.
  • Vehicles used for agriculture, off-road, or other non-passenger purposes.


Consequential damages are excluded under the Roadside Assistance program.

4.    Use of 24Hr Car Unlocking Emergency Roadside Services

By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

  • Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to verify your information and to refuse service for any reason.
  • Personal Use: The service is intended for your personal use only. You may not resell it to a third party.
  • Lawful Use: You must use our service only for lawful purposes. This includes not using the service to send or store any unlawful material or fraudulent purposes.
  • Respectful Use: You must not use the service to cause nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience.
  • No Harm: You must not attempt to harm our service or impair the proper operation of the network, platform, or application.
  • No Unauthorized Use: You must not copy, distribute, or otherwise use our service or any part without our prior written permission.
  • Identity Verification: You may be required to provide proof of identity, which you agree to provide upon request.
  • Authorized Data Use: You must use an authorized access point or data account to access our service.
  • SMS Charges: Standard messaging charges may apply when requesting services via SMS (if available in your jurisdiction).
  • Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our service. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our service if you do not abide by these terms.
  • Local Laws: You must comply with all applicable laws of your home nation, as well as the country, state, and city where you use our service. We reserve the right to terminate your use of our service if you fail to comply with any of these terms.

5.      Authorization to Receive Services:

By requesting services from 24Hr Car Unlock, the customer affirms that they have the legal authority to order services for the vehicle in question. This means the customer confirms that they are either the car’s owner or have received explicit permission from the owner to undertake such services on the vehicle.

24Hr Car Unlock reserves the right to request proof of ownership or authorization to act on the owner’s behalf to ensure compliance with this clause.

6.    Limitation of Liability for Common Wear & Tear Damages

By utilizing the services of 24Hr Car Unlocking Emergency Roadside Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding liability and damages:

General Limitation of Liability:

Neither 24Hr Car Unlock, nor our affiliates shall be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, regardless of the legal theory under which such claims may arise. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, goodwill, or business reputation.
  • Loss of data or the cost of procuring substitute goods or services.
  • Any other intangible losses incurred during or as a result of using our services.

Specific Limitations:

We will not be liable for losses or damages resulting from:

  1. Service Changes or Cessation: Temporary or permanent changes or suspension of our services.
  2. Data Loss: Deletion, corruption, or failure to store content or data.
  3. Inaccurate Information: Errors or inaccuracies in your information.
  4. Account Security: Failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account details.
  5. Service Use or Misuse: Any damages arising from how you use or misuse our services.
  6. Technical Issues: Errors, defects, delays, or disruptions in service operations.
  7. Third-Party Links or Content: Issues resulting from links to external websites or third-party content provided during service.

Liability Cap:

In all circumstances, 24Hr Car Unlock’s total liability to you, regardless of the cause of action (contract, tort, or otherwise), will not exceed $100.

Incidental Damages:

We are not responsible for any damage caused by minor scratches, dings, or wear to the paint, weather stripping, or other parts of your vehicle that may occur during service. This is especially relevant for older vehicles where normal wear and tear are more likely.

Fundamental Terms:

These limitations form an essential basis of the agreement between you and 24Hr Car Unlocking Services. They shall remain in effect indefinitely, even if any specific remedy fails in its essential purpose.

Jurisdictional Exceptions:

Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability. Some or all of these limitations may not apply to you in such cases.

Acknowledgment of Risks:

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Accept the possibility of minor wear and tear as an inherent risk of receiving roadside assistance or related services.
  • Hold 24Hr Car Unlock, its affiliates, and service providers harmless from liability for such damages.

These terms ensure a mutual understanding and acknowledgment of reasonable risks associated with our services.

   7.      Security:

We take reasonable precautions to protect your credit card information according to industry standards.

8.      Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These User Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflicts of law principles.

If a dispute arises between you and 24Hr Car Unlocking Emergency Roadside Services, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Texas, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. The parties agree to keep the arbitration confidential. Each party is responsible for its attorney’s fees, and the parties shall share equally the administrative costs of arbitration.

For claims of $10,000 or less, the arbitration will be conducted based solely on written submissions unless the parties agree otherwise. For more significant claims, the right to a hearing will be determined by the AAA rules.

This arbitration agreement does not preclude either party from seeking action by federal, state, or local government agencies. Both parties also retain the right to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for provisional relief, such as pre-arbitral attachments or preliminary injunctions.

The arbitration agreement in this section is intended to be broadly interpreted and will survive the termination of these User Terms.

Discrepancies or transaction disputes should be reported to 24Hr Car Unlock immediately.

10.    Service Modifications:

The laws of the State of Texas, USA, govern these terms. Disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hays Co.

12.     Amendments:

24Hr Car Unlock can amend these terms and conditions anytime. All amendments will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.

14.    Electronic Records and IP Address Collection:

When customers pay invoices electronically at 24Hr Car Unlock, IP address data, and electronic signatures are collected during service. This electronic record is added to the invoice as authorization at the point of sale.

Customers agree to have their IP addresses collected and used by our Privacy Policy, which details how this information is managed and protected. Customers consent to this collection and use by completing an electronic payment, acknowledging that it forms part of the transaction record.
